Abstract   The sebaceous carcinoma constitutes only 1% to 5.5% of all malignant neoplasm of the eye-lids, and about 100 cases arising in extraocular site have been reported in the literature. We treated one case of sebaceous carcinoma arising in frontal scalp, left shoulder, dorsum nasi and abdominal wall with lung metastasis. These tumor occurs generally in older patients and affect both sexes equally. Once histopathologic identification is confirmed, a trial for detecting accompanying visceral malignancy is warrented. Radical surgery is the only effective treatment for this rare tumor.
